Role & responsibilities

• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Strong in follow-up and coordination.
• Comfortable handling multiple orders simultaneously.
• Good at vendor negotiation and relationship management.
• Proactive rather than waiting for instructions.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines.
• Strong in problem-solving.
• Good at communicating with vendors, internal teams and logistics partners.
• Willing to take ownership from beginning to end.
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp and email for daily coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience with products such as T-shirts, bags, bottles, mugs, stationery, awards, hampers, onboarding kits and customised merchandise will be an advantage.
