Production Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Support production planning, execution, and day-to-day manufacturing activities.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and production teams to achieve production targets.
• Assist in material planning, procurement coordination, and resource allocation.
• Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Identify production issues and support troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and stores departments.
• Monitor production schedules, equipment performance, and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain production reports, records, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and operational standards.

Requirements

1. Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2. 2 - 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations.
3. Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and execution.
4. Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work with production teams and meet operational deadlines.
6. Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
