Job Description *

1.Independently handle defined production processes

2.Ensure strict adherence to SOPs & process parameters

3.Conduct regular process audits and close deviations

4.Monitor daily production, Quality & delivery targets

5.Maintain accurate daily/weekly production reporting

6.Analyse recurring issues and support RCA & corrective actions

7.Identify and drive process & productivity improvements

8.Ensure quality and process discipline on the shop floor

9.Coordinate with Quality, PPC & Maintenance

10.Demonstrate ownership, Quick learning & result orientation
