Job Description

We are looking for a Production Engineer with hands-on experience in TV/LCM assembly and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day TV/LCM assembly production activities and ensure smooth line operations.
• Monitor production targets, line efficiency and productivity.
• Handle manpower allocation and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
• Monitor Production Plan vs Actual and take corrective actions for deviations.
• Identify and resolve production/assembly line issues to minimize downtime and rejection.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC and other departments for smooth production.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions and safety standards.
• Monitor and control rejection, rework and process-related issues.
• Support continuous improvement and productivity improvement activities.
• Maintain daily production reports and relevant production records.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in TV Assembly / LCM Assembly / LED TV / LCD TV manufacturing.
• Experience in production line handling and manpower management.
• Good knowledge of assembly processes and production planning.
• Experience in Production Plan vs Actual, rejection and productivity monitoring.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from TV/LCM manufacturing and electronics assembly companies such as Dixon, Radiant, CTTI, Padget, Skyworth, Foxconn or similar organizations will be preferred.
