Position Details

Position: Production Engineer
Department: Production
Reporting To: Deputy Manager/Production Manager
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Job Purpose

Lead and manage the entire production process to ensure high-quality output, cost efficiency, safety, and timely delivery, while driving continuous improvement across all operations..

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and implement effective production schedules.
• Optimize resource utilization and coordinate with supply chain, quality, and maintenance teams.

Operations Management

• Supervise daily production activities and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate reports and ensure smooth operations.

Quality & Compliance

• Enforce adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.

People Management

• Lead, train, and motivate production teams.
• Manage shift planning, attendance, and team discipline.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S implementation, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership & decision-making skills
Hands-on expertise in production processes, machinery, and quality systems
Problem-solving and analytical mindset
ERP & production planning proficiency
Excellent communication and team management skills

Education & Experience

• Qualification: Bachelors / Diploma in Mechanical, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
• Experience: 3~7 years in manufacturing/production (minimum 3 years in a managerial role)
• Industry Preference: HVAC, Automotive, Electronics, or related manufacturing sectors

• Achievement of production targets
  • Reduction in downtime & rejections
  • Compliance with quality & safety standards
  • Improvement in OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
  • On-time delivery performance

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary (Tax-Free)
• AED 30,000 36,000 (In-hand) Equivalent to approximately INR 7.80 – 9.36 Lakhs per annum

Annual Performance Based Incentive
• AED 7,500 – 9,000 (Up to 25% of Annual Salary Equivalent to approximately INR 1.95L~2.34 Lakhs per annum
