Job Summary

As a Production Engineer at Fuller Technologies Cement India LLP, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.
• Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee consistent product quality and operational efficiency.
• Lead and supervise production teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective people management.
• Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement within production processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field).
• Proven experience in manufacturing operations and production processes.
• Strong understanding and experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Demonstrated ability in people management, including leading and motivating teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
