Production Engineer

Job Summary Responsibilities

• To ensure all operations are carried out as per Process parameter / Production plan.
• To do the patrolling inspection and process control on shop floor.
• To organize and implement daily production activity on shop floor.
• To ensure strict compliance to the process control parameters.
• To develop and maintain a good working environment on shop floor.
• To stop and correct the processes / instruct the workers in case of non conforming material produced.
• Meet Prouction plan with team
• To monitor various manufacturing activities daily material accountability on shop floor.
• To listen and work as per the Production In-charge instructions.
• To control reduce process rejections, improve the efficiency on shop floor.
• Material planning during the change over and smooth execution.
• To maintain all the Quality records, Production records as required and documented in quality management system.
• Ensure and give periodic feedbacks to his superiors for the work / production is going as per the process / work inspections.
• Co-ordination with Production Control Dept.
• Material accountability on shop floor.
• To initiate error proofing methods and continual improvements on shop floor.
• To conduct daily meetings on shop floor for process improvements.
• Ensuring the workers safety and usage of safety equipment.
• Responsible for maintenance of all equipment Devices on shop floor and records for the same.

• Knowledge on Machine guarding and Basic ele. safety

Required Qualification

• B.Tech/B.E. - Mechanical
