Production Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Handle daily production activities and achieve production targets.
• Monitor gearbox manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Ensure product quality and adherence to production schedules.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and PPC departments.
• Maintain production reports and minimize rejection and rework.
• Implement 5S and continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in gearbox manufacturing or mechanical assembly.
• Knowledge of machining, gearbox assembly, and engineering drawings.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience: 2-5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
