Key Responsibilities
- Handle shift-wise production activities in the Stamping Division.
- Manage manpower allocation and ensure optimum resource utilization.
- Operate and supervise mechanical/hydraulic press machines.
- Monitor Planning vs Actual production and achieve daily targets.
- Control rejection, reduce scrap, and improve productivity.
- Coordinate with Quality, Tool Room, and Maintenance for smooth operations.
- Maintain production reports, 5S, safety, and process discipline.
Mandatory Skills
- Experience in Sheet Metal Stamping production.
- Hands-on experience in Press Machine handling.
- Strong manpower handling and shift management skills.
- Knowledge of rejection control, productivity improvement, and production planning.
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical or relevant discipline.
