Analyze and enhance manufacturing workflows to maximize productivity and minimize waste, Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures to meet industry standards, Supervise the maintenance and operation of textile machinery to ensure optimal performance, Work closely with design, QC, and production teams to develop new products and resolve technical issues, Provide guidance and training to production staff on best practices and safety protocols, Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement, Implement practices to reduce energy consumption and waste, promoting environmental sustainability.
