Production Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, and execute production activities to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Supervise a team of production workers to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to equipment maintenance, material availability, or supply chain disruptions.

Job Requirements :

• 4-5 years' experience in production engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of production planning control systems (e.g., SAP) and ability to analyze data for process optimization.
• Excellent manpower handling skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Proven track record in implementing lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.
