Production Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and order status.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the ERP/CRM system.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending queries, deliveries, and service requests.
• Process customer orders, returns, replacements, and warranty claims as applicable.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Prepare customer service reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards while handling customer interactions.
