Production Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, and execute production activities to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
• Supervise junior engineers and technicians to ensure efficient operation of equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including inventory levels, productivity metrics, and defect rates.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field (e.g., automotive).
• Strong understanding of ISO documentation procedures.
• Proficiency in production monitoring, planning, and supervising techniques.
• Familiarity with automotive parts manufacturing processes.
