Production Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient use of resources and meet quality standards.
• Supervise a team of production staff, providing guidance on tasks and resolving issues as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., design, procurement) to plan and execute projects effectively.
• Monitor productivity levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in production engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of manpower handling, including supervision techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, and controlling processes.
