- Plan, monitor, and improve daily production activities to meet production targets.
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production systems.
- Ensure production processes follow company standards, procedures, and specifications.
- Reduce production downtime, waste, defects, and manufacturing costs.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and process documentation.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machines and equipment remain operational.
- Train and guide production operators on processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Analyze production data and recommend improvements in productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production performance reports.
- Continuously improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, quality, and overall equipment effectiveness.
