Qualification & Experience

• B.Tech (Mechanical) / Diploma (Mechanical)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in CNC Turning, CNC Milling & Robotic operations

Key Responsibilities

• Programming & troubleshooting: Program, set up, and resolve issues in CNC machines to minimize downtime.
• Robotic automation: Manage robotic automation cells for material handling and CNC integration; develop and modify robot programs.
• CNC operations: Oversee daily CNC Turning & Milling operations, monitor production targets, and ensure maximum machine utilization.
• Tool management: Optimize cutting parameters, ensure proper tool selection, manage tool inventory, and uphold fixture engineering standards for consistent machining quality.
• PLC & control systems: Apply knowledge of PLCs and control systems for automation troubleshooting.
• Maintenance coordination: Coordinate maintenance of CNC machines, robots, and accessory systems.
• Documentation & compliance: Maintain records, SOPs, work instructions, and training manuals; ensure compliance audits.
• Automation upgrades: Implement automation projects to increase productivity.
• QMS compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO & Aerospace quality standards.

Skills Profile

• Strong expertise in CNC Turning, CNC Milling, and robotic automation.
• Proficiency in tool engineering, fixture engineering, and quality engineering.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and robot manuals.
• Competence in PLC systems and automation troubleshooting.
• Strong documentation and compliance skills aligned with ISO & Aerospace standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with proven leadership in managing production lines.
