Production Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes for fastener products using various materials such as steel, aluminum, and titanium.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and improve productivity.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished goods to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot issues related to equipment malfunctions or defects.

Job Requirements :

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the fasteners industry.
• Strong understanding of forgings and fastening processes.
• Proficiency in designing complex metal parts using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
