Production Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan production activities to meet customer requirements and company objectives.
  
• Coordinate with various departments (HR, Purchase, Quality) for smooth production operations.
  
• Ensure efficient use of resources by monitoring inventory levels and minimizing waste.
  
• Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to production planning, scheduling, and quality control.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in Production Engineering or a related field.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Any Specialization.
  
• Strong understanding of assembly line management, production engineering, production management, production supervising, productivity improvement techniques.
