Production Engineer

1. Production Execution & Supervision:

• Guide operators and workers to achieve production targets.
• Prevent time delays and ensure production schedules are met.
• Ensure material availability and coordinate manufacturing activities.

2. Quality Assurance & Process Control:

• Conduct in-process checks and inspections as per the "Quality Assurance Plan."
• Maintain process control charts and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of all equipment and machinery.

3. Welding Process & Qualification:

• Coordinate the qualification of welders and welding processes.
• Ensure adherence to welding standards and work instructions.

4. Documentation & Technical Support:

• Provide machine operators with necessary drawings and work instructions.
• Maintain and update process documentation as required.

5. IMS Policy Implementation:

• Establish, implement, and maintain an Integrated Management System (IMS) policy within the defined scope.
• Ensure IMS policy is documented, communicated, and available to relevant stakeholders.

6. Stakeholder & Compliance Management:

• Identify and address internal and external factors affecting production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with planning, engineering, and procurement teams to facilitate smooth operations.
