Production Engineer / Senior Production Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the design, fabrication, and assembly of industrial boilers and pressure vessels.

• Review engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and manufacturing procedures.

• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards such as ASME Boiler & ISO standards, and local regulations.

• Supervise production activities including welding, machining, fitting, and assembly operations.

• Coordinate with design, procurement, quality, and project teams to meet delivery schedules.

• Monitor manufacturing processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs.

• Review and approve welding procedures (WPS/PQR), material specifications, and quality documentation.

• Support inspections, hydrostatic testing, performance testing, and customer audits.

• Conduct root-cause analysis for manufacturing defects and implement corrective actions.

• Mentor junior engineers, supervisors, and technical staff.
