Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor / Production Incharge to oversee day-to-day

manufacturing operations in our cable and conductor production facility. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards,

operational efficiency, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily production activities across cable and conductor manufacturing

lines.

• Ensure production schedules are executed efficiently to meet delivery timelines.

• Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and operational performance.

• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Stores departments for smooth

operations.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing specifications.

• Monitor and reduce production losses, wastage, and downtime.

• Maintain production reports, shift reports, and daily performance records.

• Manage manpower allocation and workforce productivity.

• Ensure adherence to safety policies and statutory requirements.

• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Train and guide shop-floor operators and technicians.

• Handle production-related issues and implement corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related discipline.

• Relevant certifications in production management or manufacturing operations will be an

added advantage.
