Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Plan, coordinate, and optimize manufacturing processes.
Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records.
Implement lean manufacturing and cost-reduction initiatives.
Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment and machinery.
Train production staff on operational procedures and safety practices.
