Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end production activities for servo drives and related electronic systems.
Oversee wiring, integration, testing, and final product validation.
Ensure production targets, delivery schedules, and quality standards are achieved.
Troubleshoot production issues related to electronics, power modules, motors, and control systems.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce rejection and improve efficiency.
Prepare and maintain production documents, SOPs, work instructions and test records.
Monitor inventory requirements for production materials and critical components.
Support customer inspections, audits, and production qualification activities.
Train production technicians and operators on assembly and testing procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

3 - 8 years of experience in electronics or servo drive manufacturing.
Experience in industrial automation, motion control, or defence electronics preferred.
Exposure to IPC standards, ESD practices, and defence quality requirements is an advantage.
Experience with SAP, ERP/MRP systems and production planning preferred.
