Experience : 1 to 6 years
Shift timing : 12 hours
Job Description :
- Responsible for supervising blow moulding shift operations, manpower deployment, machine
efficiency, and quality compliance on the shop floor.
Knowledge of Jagmohan, Milacron, sika, CMP,Meper
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise blow moulding shift operations and manpower
- Ensure daily production targets and schedule adherence
- Monitor machine efficiency, cycle time and downtime
- Ensure quality checks and defect containment at source
- Coordinate with Maintenance for breakdown resolution
- Maintain shift production, scrap and downtime reports
- Ensure safety and 5S compliance on the line
Should have knowledge of Jagmohan, Milacron, sika, CMP, Meper
