Production Engineer Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily factory operations to ensure production targets are met.
• Manage production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Monitor production efficiency and implement process improvements.
• Manage inventory, raw materials, and equipment maintenance.
• Lead, train, and evaluate production staff and supervisors.
• Control production costs and prepare operational reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 713+ years of manufacturing experience, with management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
