About this role
Role & responsibilities
Attend daily production meeting
Assembly line Production as per plan
Preparation of Daily production report
Manpower planning & line setup as per plan
Handling of manpower in all aspects like production, leave etc
Ensure to follow production process as per SOP
SOP/ WI preparation for each station
Daily production floor management in all aspects
Preparation of Corrective actions for final inspection failure
Daily rejection analysis and reporting to manager
Defect samples keeping for training purpose
Preparation of Training slides / Material as per plan
Training plan & execution based on all processes
Training to line leader to create backup on floor
5S implementation on floor
Kaizen identification & implementation in processes
Preferred candidate profile
Productivity (Plan Vs Production)
Efficiency (Capacity Vs Production)
Minimum Process Rework
No failure in final inspection
30 Mins training/ Week for every manpower
Implementation of 5S & Kaizen on floor
