Role Description The Production Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. This position is responsible for leading production development activities, including designing and improving manufacturing processes, coordinating new product introduction, and ensuring efficient use of resources on the shop floor. The role involves overseeing day-to-day production planning, monitoring output and quality, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to meet customer and business requirements. The Production Development Manager will also manage project timelines, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in the facility.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in production development and production management to lead process design, optimization, and daily operations.
• Experience in production planning and project management to coordinate schedules, resources, and cross-functional activities.
• Knowledge of supply chain management to align materials, inventory, and vendor coordination with production needs.
• Background in electrical/electronic manufacturing or related industry, with familiarity in modern manufacturing practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Ability to analyze data, use production metrics, and implement continuous improvement tools (e.g., Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of ERP or production management software and basic understanding of quality and safety standards.
