Production Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator with 4to 5 years of experience in the publishing industry to coordinate book-wise production activities, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution from manuscript to final production.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate book-wise production activities and timelines.
• Coordinate with Editors, Readers, Writers, and DTP Operators.
• Track book progress and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate production records and MIS.
• Prepare regular production status reports.
• Identify delays and coordinate with concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Monitor multiple books and ensure production schedules are met.
• Keep top management updated on production progress and pending activities.

Candidate Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in publishing/production coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good understanding of the book publishing production process.
• Strong organizational and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and take ownership of deliverables.
