Role : Production Coordinator
Exp : 1-3 yrs
Location : Shivane , Pune
Industry : Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, machining industries
Work mode : 6 days WFO
Qualification : BE, BTech, Diploma in any Production engineering stream or equivalent
1. Coordinating the production activity by managing schedules, filling production work orders for mechanical, electrical teams and communicating relevant information
2. Creating and managing production schedule by allocating resources and tracking timeline
3. Handling paperwork, maintaining records and managing databases
4. Preparation of data to be put on nameplates of manufactured products as per work order given
5. Coordinate between design, sales and purchase teams for requirements pertaining to order
6. Organizing travel and logistical requirements to obtain material from vendors
7. Should be able to understand technical terms used in industry and should be exposed with engineering standard and concepts in manufacturing industry
8. Previous experience process instruments like valves, measurement instruments etc is desirable
9. Strong communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization Must be fluent in Marathi language
10. Prepare production records as per ISO 9001 system requirement
11. Inform sales team in case of delays or hurdles related to production
12. Must have his own vehicle to commute to factory
Desired profile of the candidate
Strong experience in coordinating with Production, Mechanical Assembly, Electrical Assembly, Design, Sales, Purchase, Store and Quality department
