Role & responsibilities
To oversee and optimize production operations across multiple shifts, ensuring timely achievement of targets, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives. To drive operator skill development while managing CNC, VMC, and SPM machines for efficient and sustainable manufacturing performance.
Preferred candidate profile
- Handling production lines in the two/three shifts pattern.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines & making production reports.
- Continual improvements, Kaizen, & loss elimination.
- Cutting tools management & Tool cost control.
- Skill upgradation to the operators.
- Knowledge of CNC, VMC and SPM Machines.
