Production Chemist

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control chemical production processes as per standard procedures.
• Handle raw materials, chemicals, and production equipment safely.
• Perform in-process quality checks and maintain production parameters.
• Follow batch manufacturing procedures, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain production records, batch sheets, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Quality Control and Production teams.
• Identify process deviations and report issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with EHS standards.
• Support production activities to achieve daily production targets.

Key Skills:

• Basic knowledge of chemistry and chemical manufacturing processes.
• Good understanding of laboratory and chemical handling practices.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Preferred: Candidates from a chemical/pharma manufacturing background will be an advantage.
