Role Details

• Qualification: B. Sc. /M. Sc. Chemistry
• Location: Achutapuram
• Work schedule: Rotational shifts, including night shifts
• Reporting to: Production Manager / Production In-Charge
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Execute API/intermediate manufacturing activities as per BMRs and SOPs.
• Operate reactors, centrifuges, filters, dryers, and related production equipment.
• Monitor process parameters and maintain accurate production records.
• Follow cGMP, GDP, EHS, SOPs, and applicable safety requirements.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and other relevant teams.
• Support troubleshooting, investigations, and process improvement activities.

Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience in API, intermediate, or chemical manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of chemical reactions, filtration, drying, and crystallization.
• Experience with cGMP, BMRs, GDP, EHS, and SOPs.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• API/intermediate manufacturing experience preferred.
