Responsible for supervising blow moulding shift operations, manpower deployment, production targets, machine efficiency, quality, and shop-floor compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise blow moulding shift operations and manpower deployment.
• Ensure daily production targets and schedule adherence.
• Monitor machine efficiency, cycle time, downtime, and productivity.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure defect containment at source.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns and troubleshooting.
• Maintain shift-wise production, scrap, rejection, and downtime reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, and shop-floor standards.
• Monitor machine settings, process parameters, and changeovers.
• Ensure proper material handling and minimize production wastage.
• Guide operators and ensure smooth shift handover.

Machine Knowledge - Mandatory:
Experience/working knowledge of Jagmohan, Milacron, Sika, CMP, and Meper blow moulding machines.
