Production Associate - Content & Production

Role & responsibilities

• Assist the Producer in research, content development, basic scripting and shoot preparation.
• Support and gradually take responsibility for indoor and outdoor production.
• Assist in coordinating with production, camera, editing, artists and other teams.
• Develop practical understanding of shooting, post-production and content delivery.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely and quality execution.
• Stay updated with emerging media trends, formats & digital platforms.

Explore AI tools, prompting and new-age technologies that can enhance research, ideation and production workflows.

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree, diploma or formal training in Mass Communication, Journalism, Film/TV Production, Media Studies or a related field.
• Good communication and basic writing skills.
• Responsibility, discipline, curiosity and a genuine desire to learn.
• Ability to adapt, take initiative and work as part of a professional production team.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools and prompting will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for assignments when required.
