Job Summary

Coforge is looking for a Production Support Engineer with experience in application support, incident management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing L2/L3 support for critical business applications. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in handling production issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support production applications.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare incident reports.
• Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Monitor application health using monitoring tools.
• Handle change requests, deployments, and release activities.
• Participate in on-call support and outage management.
• Ensure system availability and performance optimization.
