Title : Production Support

Locations: Pune

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.

Shift timings: 5.30 pm to 2.30 am.(the time will change +/- by 1 hr. due to day light savings)

JD:

• Total of 5 to 10 years of experience in Service/Operations Management
• Java****: Troubleshooting JVM issues, log analysis, configuration updates.
• Perl Scripting & Shell Scripting: Automation, log parsing, batch jobs.
• PHP: Support for legacy OSS web applications.
• Apache & WebLogic: Configuration, tuning, deployment support.
• MySQL & Oracle: SQL, performance tuning, troubleshooting.
• SQL: Querying, debugging, optimization.
• Linux & Solaris: System administration, process management, filesystem operations.
