Product & Tech Support Associate

We are looking for a sharp and articulate graduate to work closely with the CTO in building and improving technology products using AI-assisted tools. The role involves understanding customer and school requirements, converting business needs into clear prompts for AI tools, supporting deployed products, diagnosing customer issues, and communicating them effectively to the technical team. The candidate will also help improve customer and product journeys, provide field insights for product decisions, and visit clients when required. Strong communication, logical thinking, curiosity about AI and technology, and willingness to travel locally are essential.
