About this role
We are looking for a
Product Support Specialist to handle the technical integration, email security configuration, and infrastructure alignment for our security awareness platform. This role focuses on email authentication, environment whitelisting, and basic technical troubleshooting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Email Security & Authentication: Configure and evaluate
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC reports; manage
SMTP , DNS, and domain settings.
- Whitelisting: Guide clients through whitelisting platform simulators across diverse environments (M365, Google Workspace, On-Prem).
- On-Prem Troubleshooting: Perform basic on-premises checks, including running simple
SQL queries to inspect database logs.
- Template Customization: Use
HTML/CSS to code, modify, and troubleshoot phishing simulation templates and landing pages.
- Technical Onboarding: Act as the technical expert helping client IT administrators set up mail routing, firewalls, and DNS records.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Core Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of
SMTP, DNS, Domains , and Email Security.
- Protocols: Hands-on experience with
SPF, DKIM, DMARC , and evaluating DMARC reports.
- Basic Coding/Data: Proficiency in
HTML (for templates) and basic
SQL (for log queries).
- Experience: 2+ years in Cybersecurity, Email Security, or a highly technical implementation role.
- Key Traits: Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to guide client IT teams.
