Product Specialist

Renovate Biologicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Product Specialist with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Ultrasound.

The candidate should have practical experience performing ultrasound examinations on patients and should be interested in developing a career in medical-device product applications, clinical support, product marketing, and market development.

The selected candidate will be trained on our Elastography Ultrasound Device Liver Scan, which is used for liver assessment and operates on an ultrasound-based concept.

Key Responsibilities

• - Perform and demonstrate the clinical use of the Liver Scan device to doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare professionals.
• - Conduct product demonstrations and explain the device's clinical applications and benefits.
• - Apply knowledge and experience gained from ultrasound scanning to understand and demonstrate the Liver Scan device effectively.
• - Provide product and application training to customers and healthcare professionals.
• - Visit hospitals, diagnostic centres, clinics, and other healthcare institutions for product demonstrations, application support, and customer engagement.
• - Support the business development team during customer meetings, product presentations, and market-development activities.
• - Develop awareness of the Liver Scan product among relevant doctors, technicians, diagnostic centres, and healthcare institutions.
• - Identify potential institutions and healthcare professionals where the product may have relevant clinical applications.
• - Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, technicians, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
• - Participate in CMEs, workshops, conferences, exhibitions, product awareness programmes, and other marketing activities.
• - Understand customer requirements, gather market feedback, and communicate relevant insights to the management team.
• - Support customers with basic product and application-related queries and coordinate with the service team when required.
• - Maintain customer visit reports, demonstration records, market feedback, and other application-related documentation.
• - Travel as required for product demonstrations, customer visits, training programmes, and marketing activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience as an Ultrasound Technician, Sonographer, or Ultrasound Technologist.
• - Experience performing ultrasound scans on patients is mandatory.
• - Good understanding of ultrasound procedures, scanning techniques, probes, and clinical applications.
• - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Ability to confidently demonstrate medical devices and explain their clinical applications.
• - Ability to interact professionally with doctors, technicians, radiologists, and healthcare professionals.
• - Interest in medical-device applications, product marketing, and market development.
• - Willingness to travel for customer visits, demonstrations, training, and marketing activities.
• - Candidates with experience in medical-device applications, ultrasound equipment, product demonstrations, clinical support, or healthcare product marketing will be preferred.

Role Objective

The primary objective of this role is to drive awareness, clinical adoption, and market development of the Liver Scan device by effectively demonstrating its applications, supporting healthcare professionals, and developing strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centres, and relevant medical professionals.
