Product Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct skin analysis and provide personalized recommendations for skincare products to customers.
• Educate customers on the benefits of our derma products and how they can be used effectively.
• Assist in training new employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and organizing displays.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in cosmetology or related field (dermatology, aesthetics).
• Strong understanding of skin care principles and practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of laser technology used in dermatological treatments.
