Product Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a specific territory to achieve sales targets by promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
• Build strong relationships with Doctors through regular visits, phone calls, and emails to understand their needs and preferences.
• Conduct product demonstrations, provide scientific information on products' features and benefits, and address any concerns or objections from customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-12 years of experience in Medical Representative (MR) role or Pharma Selling background.(Pediatric Segment)
• Strong knowledge of pediatrics market segment with ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals in this area.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
