Product Specialist

Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support product planning, development, and lifecycle management activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and priorities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, roadmaps, and business requirements.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate product launches and stakeholder communications.
• Support business growth through product enhancement initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Specialist, or related roles.
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Experience in requirements gathering, market research, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
