Product Specialist(T)

Job Summary

Design develop and implement integrations between our core ALM/PLM tools (specifically PTC Codebeamer) and other enterprise systems (ERP CRM MES) using APIs and web services.

Create and maintain technical specifications for integration interfaces ensuring scalability and reliability.

Configure and manage API platforms implementing secure authentication and authorization protocols like OAuth2 and JWT.

Responsibilities

Develop scripts and utilities in languages like Python or JavaScript to automate processes and data synchronization.

Write and optimize SQL queries for data reporting validation and troubleshooting within integrated systems.

Utilize tools like Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI for API testing documentation and collaboration.

Support and enhance our CI/CD pipelines by integrating ALM/PLM data to enable automated reporting and gating.

Collaborate with engineering IT and business teams to gather requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing integrations.

Certifications Required

Certification in Codebeamer ALM Python JAVA Script will be added advantage.
