Role & responsibilities :

Role Objective (Purpose of the role):

• Technical product knowledge via training of newly launched & TISVA products all across the trade.
• Maximum repair in the all products and minimum replacement or refund.
• Timely and Quality service, spare parts management to dealer and customer.

Job Summary (Key job responsibilities and deliverables):

• PRODUCT TRAINING:
• The product training of new & existing models to UIL technician & Trainers. Ensuring further training to ASC technicians through location wise trainers all across India.
• Product demonstration, dismantling and assembling the product through active involvement.
• Points to be conveyed regarding installation, Troubleshooting & feature of the products.
• Get the quality feedback of all appliances products from different service technicians.
• SERVICE POLICY:
• Service Policy preparation for new launched products and upgraded existing product policy.
• To analyze the changes in the repair or replacement policy along with the Product departments.
• Preparation of Wet Demo/ Installation Service Policy
• NEW PRODUCTS DEVLOPMENT:
• For new launch products arrange exploded view and prepare spare part list with minimum order quantity.
• Prepare spare part ordering as per the failure of the part in the trade.
• Preparation of spare parts manual, part code creation, price porting & mapping in CRM.
• Prepare Troubleshooting manuals for existing and new products
