 A valid driving license and willingness to travel

 Ability to remain professional and work under pressure

 Promptly following up on service requests

 Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively

 Plan and arrange for routine quarterly service to clients, conduct maintenance and service of installed products.

 Manage and prepare the report of faulty/ malfunctional product component

 Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis
