Role Description The Product Sales Manager — PCB/EMS is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for driving sales growth for printed circuit board and electronics manufacturing services. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and building strong relationships with OEMs, design houses, and industrial clients. The manager will collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand technical requirements, prepare proposals and quotations, and ensure that client expectations are aligned with manufacturing capabilities and delivery timelines. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and providing regular forecasts and performance reports to leadership. The role also includes ongoing customer support, market research in the PCB/EMS domain, and participation in industry events to strengthen brand presence and expand the customer base.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including pipeline management, deal negotiation, and closing in a B2B or industrial/technology environment.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, technical presentation ability, and stakeholder engagement.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship management, issue resolution, and long-term client retention.
- Candidates should possess Business Development capabilities, including market research, lead generation, and strategic account development in PCB/EMS or related electronics sectors.
- Working knowledge of PCB design, electronics manufacturing processes, and supply chain concepts is highly beneficial.
- Experience in industrial, electronics, or manufacturing sales, preferably with PCB/EMS products or services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, travel to client locations as needed, and use CRM tools and sales reporting systems effectively.
