About the Role

Klene Paks Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Product Manager with experience in adhesive tapes, PP tapes, packing tapes, and blown films.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product sales, developing new business opportunities, expanding market reach, and driving revenue growth. Candidates with a strong background in the packaging, plastics, adhesive tape, or industrial products industry are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Drive business development for adhesive tapes, PP tapes, packing tapes, and blown films.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across relevant industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, OEMs, and industrial customers.
• Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Develop effective pricing strategies and recommend product positioning based on market demand.
• Identify new markets and customer segments to increase product penetration.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and regular performance reports.
• Support the sales team with product knowledge, customer presentations, and business development strategies.
• Monitor product performance and implement initiatives to improve sales and profitability.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in product management, product sales, or business development within the packaging, plastics, adhesive tapes, or flexible films industry.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales, market development, and customer relationship management.
• Experience in lead generation, negotiation, pricing, and closing business deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple product categories and achieve business targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with direct experience in adhesive tapes, PP tapes, packing tapes, or blown films will be preferred.
• Experience handling industrial customers, distributors, dealers, and corporate accounts.
• Strong knowledge of packaging industry applications, market dynamics, and competitor products.
• A proactive, commercially minded professional with a focus on revenue growth and market expansion.
