Position: Product & SAFe Agile Transformation Coach (Offshore)

Mandatory Experience

57+ years of enterprise SAFe Agile transformation experience.

Experience supporting a Fortune 500 or similarly large enterprise.

Hands-on experience with Product Operating Model transformation.

Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Power BI, and Agile dashboards.

Experience with PI Planning, backlog readiness reviews, dependency management, and capacity planning.

Strong understanding of Agile delivery metrics: Story Points, Velocity, Say/Do Ratio, Sprint Predictability, Cycle Time, Lead Time, Defect Density, Throughput, Capacity Utilization, and Backlog Readiness.

Experience coaching multiple Agile teams/PODs (preferably 10+ teams).

Experience working with executive PMO, Agile COE, or enterprise governance organizations.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.

Experience working with distributed onshore/offshore teams and multiple vendors.

Preferred Experience

SAFe Agilist (SA) or SPC certification.

Exposure to AI-enabled software engineering and GitHub Copilot.

Experience driving engineering productivity and AI adoption initiatives.

Experience defining and measuring OKRs and business value outcomes.

Knowledge of enterprise reporting platforms and Data Mart environments.

Do Not Submit Profiles With

Only Scrum Master or team-level Agile coaching experience.

No enterprise SAFe implementation experience.

No Azure DevOps (ADO) or Power BI experience.

No PI Planning or Product Operating Model experience.

Unable to articulate Agile delivery metrics and governance practices.

Weak communication or stakeholder management skills.
