Product QA Lead

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA professional with a strong Product Management mindset to join our product-based company. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end QA delivery management, sprint planning, automation testing, and product ownership while leading QA initiatives across the software development lifecycle. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership skills, and product thinking to ensure high-quality product releases and seamless user experience.

Experience 3 - 6+ Years Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end QA delivery management for product releases.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog discussions, estimations, and release planning.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams.
• Own product quality across the complete SDLC, STLC, and PDLC lifecycle.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, and execute testing activities.
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium or Playwright.
• Perform API testing using Postman.
• Manage CI/CD testing workflows using Jenkins.
• Track, report, and coordinate defect resolution.
• Lead QA activities and mentor team members.
• Ensure timely and high-quality product deliveries.
• Continuously improve testing processes and QA standards.
• Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience in Selenium or Playwright.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing.
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong leadership and team handling skills.
• Product ownership and sprint planning experience.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience working in a product-based company.
