Product & QA Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic candidate with strong communication skills, the ability to understand client requirements, and a basic understanding of software testing. The candidate will interact with clients, explain product features, understand their business needs, and work with the internal team to ensure the product meets customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential and existing clients to understand their requirements and business problems.
• Explain product features and demonstrate how the product can address customer needs.
• Present solutions confidently, handle customer questions, and respond effectively to objections.
• Gather client requirements and communicate them clearly to the internal team.
• Perform basic functional testing of the application and identify bugs or unexpected behaviour.
• Document test results, report bugs, and coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
• Validate workflows, features, and overall product functionality.
• Support product demonstrations, client onboarding, and follow-up activities.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the product and its capabilities.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and technical teams to improve the customer experience.

Eligibility

• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant work experience may apply.
• Candidates from business, commerce, computer applications, engineering, or other relevant backgrounds are welcome.
• Prior experience in client communication, sales, business analysis, product support, implementation, or software testing is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and a customer-oriented mindset are essential.
